Start a draft, keep a version and prepare it for review.

Sign in

Open the workspace and enter the access key supplied by your administrator. Makers can save drafts. Viewers, approvers and auditors have read-only access to drafts. Use Sign out when finished.

Shape your work

Choose a service, phase and workspace template. Edit the title, purpose and outline, then save a version. The current service catalogue and guidance are demonstration examples.

Keep a clear version

Saves retain earlier revisions. If someone else saves first, your stale edit is rejected. Copy your changes before reloading so you can reconcile them with the newer draft.

Understand the boundaries

Prepare review explains the remaining approval and Ledger requirements. It cannot approve or publish yet. Export downloads unsigned draft JSON, not an evidence bundle.
